About Becky She / Her

Becky is a holistic psychotherapist and counsellor. Experienced in providing person-centred therapy sessions for individuals and couples.

She has a strong focus on enhancing overall wellbeing in small and long-lasting increments. Becky has a wealth of experience in supporting humans, carers, perinatal mothers and fathers, parents and individuals who have experienced trauma.

She believes in promoting inclusivity and fostering a sense of belonging in her clients’- she believes that everybody has an important role to play.

Overall, her aim is to make a positive impact in her clients lives by delivering effective holistic psychotherapy and counselling. Becky incorporates her ethical code of practice, scientific evidence and what she has found to be most effective in practice.

Becky has had many holistic psychotherapy sessions as a parent and carer. Becky appreciates that unlike other therapies holistic psychotherapy includes awareness between the body and mind. She notes, there’s a different quality when you feel a therapist is walking with you, compared to when it feels like a therapist is sitting above you.

Becky has been working with and supporting clients in holistic health sessions since 2016.  Becky is a qualified Birth Support Doula, 2016, Breath Practitioner, 2018 and Certified Holistic. Psychotherapist 2023.

Becky has an Advanced Diploma of Health Sciences, Naturopathy, 2012 and is working towards a Bachelor of Health Sciences at the University of Canberra (complete November 2024).

She is currently researching the impacts of Diabetes Type 2 on Children and Adolescence and the non-pharmaceutical approaches to this disease. She’s passionate about making information on lifestyle approaches to health and wellbeing widely known.
